OFF TANK - OFF DPS BRUISER CLASS
while i love SNS and tanks i dont want to be locked into a pure tank build so im trying to find a solution to make a hybrid
 build to enjoy the game as i see fit, is it possible ? i feel yes but time will tell :) any comments or suggestions are welcomed

BUILD GOALS:

High evasion 
Tanking decently
Fair amount of dmg for solo content + some 1v1 pvps 
as much speed as possible
