You may have found these letters before in the game. They look like Codex pages, but with orange glow around them.
Up until now they were pretty useless. All you could do is to find them and read a small text inside.
However, in the recent update of the game the devs added a hidden achievement for finding all 65 Developer's Letters.
So if achievements are you thing and you want to go for 100% completion, this section will help you out.
I didn't found locations of the pages in the client files yet, so for now I'll just upload the screenshots of the pages I've found myself.
Please upload your screenshots too (registration required). I'll add the locations of the pages to the world map according to your screenshots.
Reading through the descriptions of the letters can help to narrow down the search, since often they contain some hints related to certain locations in the game world.
