- Open the [Action.ToggleWorldmap] Map and move using Waypoint at Golden Rye Pastures, and then travel to Crescent Moon Lake and operate Urstella Fields Waypoint
- Use [Action.UseReturn]Return to travel to Starlight Observatory Ruins, and then speak with Ilira the Contract Manager.
- Get a Contract from Contract Manager Ilira x 4
- Speak with Ilira the Contract Manager of Starlight Observatory Ruins
