Casena Recruitment Operation Report

We have been paying attention to certain personnel named Casena. She is not a soldier nor Resistance, but she is a de facto commander of the Resistance relic recovery operation. She is a talented individual, and is the "pillar" of the Resistance in this area. In other words, she is a threat.
If we do not neutralize her, her existence in long term might hinder our operation. However, her superior tactical insights and organization ability are something that we could use.
I suggest we recruit her and seed chaos among the Resistance to sabotage their relic recovery operations; in other words, turn the enemy's weapon to our own tool.

According to my intel, Casena was the royal Relic Manager whose husband was executed by our soldier. So she does have a reason to wage a vendetta against us, but we could leverage her anger to our advantage.
Recruiting her would require sophisticated psychological warfare rather than brute force. We send in someone who can earn her trust and gaslight her to put her under our control.
This operation will solidify our control over this region and speed up the relic recovery project.
