The Fonos orcs store special food in their barrels. The food seems to replenish their energy when they consume it for each meal. Any advantage for the orcs is bad news for the Watch, so go to the Fonos Basin and destroy the Orc Barrel. Also, be sure to defeat the Orc Soldiers guarding the area around it.
