Announcement for all Recon units.

We found out that the culprit who attacked our supply ship three days ago was the Resistance. They completely destroyed the ship and burnt our ration.
This incident was reported to the HQ. The HQ deemed this as a grave issue, and decided to dispatch another supply ship, as well as to run a counterattack operation against the culprits.
Until the next supply ship arrives, we are short of rations and will have to operate accordingly. Thus, the following order will be in effect immediately.

1. Reduction of Ration Distribution: Every member will now receive less ration than before. 1/3 of the previous ration provided for those who participate to relic recovery operations or Arkeum Post guard. 1/4 for those who stay behind the line. None for critically injured or sick. Note that this instruction is applied to maximize our chance of survival.

2. Find alternative food source: Explore the island to secure alternative food. Any edible plant or animal found should be reported. It includes rodents, insects, or anything that can be consumed.

3. Enhanced ration distribution rule: Emergency ration storage will be sealed, and can opened only under the explicit permission of the commander (me). Unauthorized use of the storage will be punished by death. Those who conceal or steal food will be punished by death.

Despite our enemies' insidious efforts, we shall survive and prevail. I expect everyone to stick to the instructions.
