Marque o ponto no mapa, pule pela cataputa, use uma transformação, siga pela entrada da esquerda, no trono do lider estaram as ferramentas.

To finish step 3 of this codex you have to use the catapult near the Watcher's Post and land on one of the platforms high enough to not be attacked by the orcs. Then just shapeshift into Orc Brawler (Morphs->Special->Shapeshift) and run to the star marker on the map. While morphed you'll not be attacked by the orcs and the Fonos Accessories object at the star marker will become usable.
